ORDERING PRODUCTS AND CONSUMER PROTECTION
Making an order through the e-shop represents the distance contract concluded between the Seller and the Buyer, without the simultaneous physical presence of the Seller and the Buyer, which is governed by the legal framework of OG no. 34/2014 regarding the rights of consumers in contracts concluded with professionals, as well as for the modification and completion of some normative acts.
You can place an order considered valid in our store, on the condition that you are a legally capable person according to the Civil Code (full exercise capacity begins on the date when the person becomes of age) and you are not under legal guardianship regarding entering into sales contracts. PROCEDURE FOR PLACING AN ORDER THROUGH THE E-SHOP:
The buyer can place an order on the website, by adding the desired products to the shopping cart, and then complete the order by paying through one of the expressly indicated methods. Standard Home delivery in 4-6 working days. Shipping is free for purchases over 350 lei. For purchases less than 350 lei, the delivery cost is 19 lei.

Delivery in 4-6 working days – FREE regardless of the order value.

You could send us the withdrawal form electronically to the email address provided in the order form. You must return the product in the perfect condition in which you received it, i.e. including the special marks (labels) of the product and by confirming that the special marks of the product have not been removed. Returns will only be accepted after receiving the product(s) and checking their condition.
In case of refund of the value of a product - depending on the method you chose to pay and how you returned the product - the payment refund will be completed within 5-8 working days, a maximum of 14 working days from the date of receipt of the product by we. BSB undertakes to bear the return costs, but the customer has the obligation to notify LYNNE of this situation, so that the related procedure can be carried out. When you send a product back to us, our company will receive it within 1-2 working days, if you ship via the partner courier company, making the return using your original order details - and the costs will be borne by LYNNE. If you choose another courier service, we cannot guarantee any delivery time for the products you return to us. Also, delivery costs due to you choosing a different way to return the products than the standard Sameday (where your original order details exist) will be your responsibility and cannot be refunded afterwards. We recommend that you do not initiate the return of your products using other courier companies as you will not be able to recover the cost you will pay to the courier to ship the return to LYNNE.
When we receive the returned product and after quality control, we will immediately process your claim and refund the amount. In an effort to provide the best customer service, LYNNE allows you to submit any complaint online by completing the contact form.
PRODUCT WARRANTY AND AVERAGE DURATION OF USE
The average duration of use of the marketed product coincides with the term of the commercial guarantee, namely 14 calendar days from the date on which the products were received.
CANCELLATION OF AN ORDER

REPLACEMENT OF A PRODUCT
Replacing one product with another is not possible through the online store. In this case, the unwanted product will be returned for a refund and a new order will be placed with the desired product.

RETURN OF PRODUCTS
The product must be in its original packaging and in the same perfect condition in which it was received, including the special marks (labels) of the product.
When you return an order, you must complete and send us the "return form" that you receive by email in electronic format, within the exclusive period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the date on which the order reached you .
In accordance with art. 16 of the Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014 on consumer rights in contracts concluded with professionals, for reasons of hygiene and for your safety, our company will not accept the return of some items after they have been unsealed - such as swimwear, leggings, underwear and earrings.
All products returned to the LYNNE storage room go through a meticulous quality control.
For your convenience, we recommend that you carefully check your order upon delivery and the condition of the product received, as well as whether the product package is intact, so as to detect any errors.
