Would you like to return a purchased product? Of course you can, follow the instructions below:

1. Make sure you do not exceed the time-limit of 14 days from the day you received the product. Please return the product in perfect condition with all the specific labels, its original packaging, return form and return shipping waybill.

Returns are processed via the courier company ECONT.

2. Complete the return form that you will find in the original packaging & select the return box. If your order was placed via Credit card/ debit card, please mark it next to the box. Place the return form in your package. The packaging must be firm, for prevention of any possible transportation.

Place the shipping waybill sticker (also found in your package) on the package and send it via courier to ECONT.

The return shipping costs are 5.00 BGN, but at the time of the return, please note that they are charged to the recipient, namely the company Lynne. You do not pay the courier fee, we will deduct the return costs from the value of the returned goods.

For courier services you choose, you are responsible of paying the full cost/charge of your return and Lynne has no liability on that.

Changes to the Law on Postal Services from 07/09/2019 (No. 53) regulate the sending of international shipments, i.e. returning an item to Lynne courier service to require your personal details: three names and personal identification number (EGN).

3. You can also return items to our physical stores by replacing the returned product. If you prefer a refund, please refer to the information provided above (points 1 & 2).


Caution: If you do not follow even one of the above instructions the return will not be accepted by us.

All Orders are being invoiced through the invoicing system of the courier we co-operate with, therefore it is not possible to deliver the products to you with a courier of your choice. The above fees and return waybill are valid ONLY for returns using the courier services of Econt. For other courier services, you are responsible for paying the full costs/fees for the return, and Lynne is not responsible for them.

* If the reason for your return coming from company’s mistake, Lynne is bound to bear the shipping charges.

*When returning an item, you need to fill in and send us the “return form” that you can find here within the exclusive time-limit of fourteen (14) days.

*For hygiene reasons, our company shall not accept return of certain items such as swimming suits, leggings, leotards, tights, underwear and earrings. Regarding the swimwear, all products should be tried without removing the inner safety sticker. The swimwear sticker should not be removed in case of return, otherwise the return will not be accepted.

*As a matter of clarity all purchased shoes must be tried on a soft carpet, otherwise We do not accept shoes that they give us the impression that have been used.

*Products sold as sets should be returned as sets. We do not accept returns if both parts of the set are not returned.

*Please note that if you wish to cancel your order, cancellation will be accepted within 2-3 hours after the order is placed. After that, cancellations are not accepted.
