Return Policy

Products can be returned within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date you received the package. Please return the product in perfect condition with all labels.

Please note that you have several options:

Return through a courier company & refund 

Fill in the return form you received by e-mail; select the refund box. Don't forget to fill in the IBAN account in which you want to receive the money. We will refund the money to the account indicated by you.
Attach the return form in the package and then send it to our headquarters (address below)

Returns the product in perfect condition, accompanied by labels.

Returns are free of charge for customers, as long as you use standard expedition by DPD using your initial order details.

As an alternative, you can call any courier company you want. In this case, the cost of return transportation is the responsibility of the customer, not the company. Therefore since this return method is not free for the customer, we cannot recommend it.


The refund will be made within approximately 8 working days, but not more than 14 working days, from the date on which the return package reaches us.
If you do not follow the instructions mentioned above, we cannot accept the return.
CAREFUL!
* For hygiene reasons Lynne does NOT accept returns for the following products: swimwear, bodysuits and underwear.
* If the reason for the return is the fault of our company, Lynne undertakes to pay the shipping costs but we must be notified to request the collection of the return package through the partner courier company. Otherwise, we will not accept the return package!
* Do not send return parcels intermittently to the Romanian Post with pick-up from the post office. Such packages are not picked up and will be returned to you.
* The e-mail address you enter in the order form must be a valid address and typed correctly so that you can receive the necessary documents. If you no longer have these documents for various reasons, please contact us at no. of tel. contact 0217950444 and request their return.

Careful! In case of return to the store it is NOT possible to refund in cash!
And for the return to the store you will need the return form. If you do not have the opportunity to print it, it can be sent to the e-mail address of the store where the return is made so that you can fill it in there.

Please fill in the return form with an account in which you want us to refund your money. You will leave this return form in the store together with the products, and we will make the payment within approximately 8 working days, but not more than 14 working days.

Exchanging products in one of our physical stores

You can opt for the product exchange option in one of our stores, thus avoiding shipping costs and waiting time until refund. Go to one of the Lynne stores together with the product and the return form and you can change the color, the size of the product, or you can even opt for another product of equal or greater value than the original one. (The return form can be printed by you or sent to the e-mail address of the store where the exchange is made, so that you can fill it in there).
