Make sure you do not exceed the time-limit of 14 days from the day you received the product. Please Return the product, in perfect condition with all the specific labels (tags).

How to return your product:

  • Complete the return form that you will find in the original packaging & select the REFUND box.
  • If your order was placed via Credit card/ debit card or Paypal please mark it next to the box.
  • Place the return form in your package.The returning product(s) must be in excellent condition with all labels and tags attached. The packaging must be firm, for prevention of any possible transportation damage
  • Place the return voucher on your package and ship it with any courier that you choose. For the courier services you are responsible of paying the full cost/charge of your return and Lynne has no liability on that.


  • You can directly return the goods to the courier company Geniki Tahidromiki, as the cost of return is BGN 5.00. If you choose this service, you pay nothing to the courier, but you should note that it is at the expense of the recipient, i.e. the company Lynne. We will deduct the cost of the returned goods. In case you receive the shipment with ECONT or SPEEDY, please note that the shipment must first be returned to the office of Geniki Tahidromiki in Sandanski, Bulgaria. If you want a replacement with another product, you will not be charged for the delivery of the new product.

Changes to the Law on Postal Services from 07/09/2019 (No. 53) regulate the sending of international shipments, i.e. returning an item to Lynne courier service to require your personal details: three names and  unified civil number.

* If the reason for your return coming from company’s mistake, Lynne is bound to bear the shipping charges

*As a necessary condition, the product shall be in its initial package and in the same perfect condition in which you received it, together with the relevant payment receipt, including the product’s special signs (tags).

*When returning an item, you need to fill in and send us the “return form” that you can find here within the exclusive time-limit of fourteen (14) days.

*All international customers can return any item for a refund, within 14 days of receiving their original order. If customers wish a refund for their purchased goods Lynne will refund the price paid for the items, including sale items back to the original payment method. All returns are made at the customer own cost as Lynne does not carry any shipping or customs office responsibility whatsoever. In case the customer does not want to receive its parcel upon arrival to the shipping country Lynne will refund you excluding the costs of transportation, handling and customs office.

*For hygiene reasons, our company shall not accept return of certain items such as swimming suits, leggings, leotards, tights, underwear and earrings. Regarding the swimwear, all products should be tried without removing the inner safety sticker. The swimwear sticker should not be removed in case of return, otherwise the return will not be accepted.

*As a matter of clarity all purchased shoes must be tried on a soft carpet, otherwise We do not accept Shoes that they give Us the impression that have been used.
