The cities where the courier company has offices are Sofia, Sandanski, Petrich, Blagoevgrad, Plovdiv, Kardzhali, Stara Zagora, Haskovo, Ruse.
In the cities where Geniki Tachidromiki has no offices, they ship the orders with Econt or Speedy.
 
1. For purchases over 100 BGN delivery is free.
2. For purchases worth less than BGN 100 the transport costs are BGN 9.

Make sure you do not exceed the time-limit of 14 days from the day you received the product. Please Return the product, in perfect condition with all the specific labels.

You can return any item for a refund (only e-shop purchases)! We cannot offer refunds on leggings, swimsuits, bodysuits, pantyhose and earrings.
